We, GEMZii is an online shop based off in Singapore. We currently only accept orders from Singapore.

By accessing or purchasing products from GEMZii, you agree to accept and abide by our Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

2. Products and Refunds

GEMZii offers a range of handmade products and carefully curated products from trusted sources. Minor defects may occur (eg. slight colour irregularities). We will try our best to minimize such issues. Our products will be checked carefully before dispatched. Products are not refundable or exchangeable.

3. Order

 

To place an order, message us on any one of our social media platforms - Instagram/TikTok/Telegram. Orders will only be accepted on these platforms. Redirection to GEMZii's social media platforms can be accessed on this website ('Home' and 'Contact Us') pages. Please state the order(s) and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.

4. Price and Payment (SGD)

We accept payment through Paynow and Cash (meetups). Orders will only be shipped once payment is made within 24 hours.

5. Shipping and Delivery

​

We offer mailing by Singpost for all Singapore based orders and delivery cost will apply. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for detailed information on how we store your personal information. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. We are not responsible for delays/lost/damaged packages once your item(s) are dispatched.

We also offer meetups with no additional cost, meetup location only at MRT stations.
